Ano, sotva se ohřejeme, hned zase jedeme. Dnes máme cestu přes Bordeaux, tak se tam zastavíme na oběd… a na víno. Našla jsem tam totiž jednu úchvatnou vinárnu.
// Time to travel again after our short stay in Arcachon. Bordeaux is directly on our way so our plan is to stop there for a lunch… and for a wine. The thing is that I found a breathtaking wineshop there so we definitely need to stop by.
Je tu Le Miroir d’eau jako v Nice s krásným výhledem na náměstí Place de la Bourse. Nejsme už v Paříži? Na tomhle náměstí opravdu chybí jen Louvre.
Ulice města jsou přeplněné lidmi a ani se nedivím. Je to tu moc hezké!
// There’s Le Miroir d’eau (like the one in Nice) with a wonderful view of the Place de la Bourse. Hold on, are we in Paris already? Literally, this place is only missing the Louvre museum. It looks so alike. The streets are crowded and I’m not surprised. Bordeaux is amazing!
Jak jsem už psala, hledala jsem před cestou nějaká místa, která bychom tu mohli navštívit a našla jsem vinárnu L’Intendant. Bála jsem se, že to nebude volně přístupné, ale všechno v pořádku. Je to naprosto dokonalé! Vinárna má čtyři patra a točité schodiště, která jsou pro vinárnu tak výjimečné. Všechna vína jsou složena ve skříních podél schodů a pohled je jak dolů, tak nahoru skvělý! Posuďte se sami.
// As I mentioned above, I was looking for some places to visit in Bordeaux and I found the wineshop called L’Intendant. I was a bit afraid that it won’t be open to public but everything is fine fortunately. Oh well, the place is incredible - a real wine heaven! The wineshop has 4 floors and a spiral staircase, which makes this place so unique. All the bottles of wine are neatly stored in the wine racks and the view is simply amazing both from above and from below. See for yourselves.
Vína jsou tu odlišená na různé kategorie, zcela zjevně, každopádně jsou tu dvě, nad kterými se pozastavujeme. Jedno je z roku 1937, které už je úplně vybledlé (až do takové koňakové barvy) a druhé je naopak za €5,600. Kupujeme si na ochutnávku jedno víno - ovšem nedávno vyrobené a za normální cenu. Bez červeného bychom odsud ale nemohli odjet!
// All the bottles of wine are divided into several categories (obviously), anyway, there are two which caught our attention. The first one was a bottle from 1937 with a slightly yellowish/ brownish undertone (similar to the colour of cognac) and the second one cost €5,600. We bought one bottle of wine to try but it was produced just recently and for a reasonable price though. Nevertheless, we wouldn’t be able to leave Bordeaux without a bottle of Bordeaux wine, right?
Tohle město mě naprosto uchvátilo! Jednou se sem určitě vrátím!
